    Coppersmith Cove is fortunate to be surrounded by many outstanding local businesses, recreational opportunities, dining establishments and other resources. Within this section, we have provided information and links to many of our favorite local businesses.

    After a day of boating, skiing, fishing and playing, you've worked up an appetite, and Eddyville offers you a wide range of options for satisfying it.  Whether it's a sit-down family dinner, fast food or a quick snack you crave, you'll find a number of delicious ways to fill yourself up.  Our favorites include: Echo Charlie's, the restaurant at Eddy Creek Marina Resort, which serves three meals a day, seven days a week during the summer (call to check for off-season hours) and is less than 5 minutes from Coppersmith Cove by car or boat; The Oasis Southwest Bar and Grill, where you can enjoy a cocktail and feast on steaks, seafood and south-of-the-borer favorites; Willow Pond Catfish Restuarant, where southern-fried catfish is an art form; and the Blugrass Grill, where you can enjoy a wide range of menu options including Greek-style pizza.

    But without question, Eddyville's most amazing culinary offering, the food you simply can't leave Eddyville without trying, can be found in a small, non-descript building that you just might miss if you're not looking for it.  Tucked away on Trade Avenue is Miss Neda's Bakery, and inside you'll find donuts that just might be the best in the world.  She's open until 2:00 in the afternoon, but some of the favorite treats go fast.  So get there early enough and Miss Neda, who is as sweet as the pastries she serves, might still have a cinnamon roll that will forever alter your idea of breakfast.
