Coppersmith Cove Development Company, LLC ("CCDC") protects all brokerage companies and agents who produce clients who purchase Coppersmith Cove properties.  CCDC is pleased to offer a 6% cooperating commission on all sales of vacant home-sites owned by CCDC.  Additionally, several of CCDC's affiliates have authorized us to inform you that they will pay a 6% cooperating commission on all sales of vacant home-sites and a 5% cooperating commission on all sales of spec homes that they own at Coppersmith Cove.  Commissions are considered earned and payable upon closing, and other terms and conditions may apply.  Please contact us for complete details, to request the execution of a single-client showing agrement, or to obtain the combination to the key lock-boxes that provide access to our spec homes.

Additionally, Coppersmith Cove welcomes the cooperation and assistance of any brokerage company or agent in the marketing and advertising of properties at Coppersmith Cove.  If you are interested in advertising an affiliation with Coppersmith Cove through your web site or in other advertising, please contact us to discuss the execution of an open listing agreement.  Coppersmith Cove will pay a 1% bonus commission on any sales transaction closed with with the client of a broker or agent with whom we have such an open listing agreement.

Finally, CCBC would like to buy your brokerage company lunch! CCBC will provide a catered lunch for all employees, agents and brokers of any office whose brokers or agents bring 3 or more prospective purchasers to view any property at Coppersmith Cove during the months of July and August, 2009.
